Thomas Francis Theurkauf, age 44 of Stamford, CT, died tragically on September 11, 2001 during the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center. He was an executive vice president and board member at Keefe, Bruyette and Woods. Born and raised in Glastonbury, CT, Theurkauf received his bachelor's degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Dartmouth's Amos Tuck School. An expert on banking issues, he was a frequent guest on CNBC and was quoted in several New England newspapers.
He leaves his wife, Robin; three sons, Thomas, Edward and Charles; his parents; a brother; and two sisters.
