| James N. Pappageorge, of Yonkers, NY, previously of Queens, died heroically in the line of duty on September 11, 2001. He was born on March 23, 1972. James dedicated his career to saving lives working as both a FDNY Paramedic and most recently as a Firefighter. He was a New York Firefighter with Engine Co. # 23.
He is the beloved son of Juana Olga and the late Demetrios N. Pappageorge; dear brother of Helen Pappageorge; devoted fiance to Gina Pinos; loving father figure to Justin Benitez.
